Birthday Flowers

Happy Monday! After a little hiatus and a work trip, I came back to celebrate my birthday weekend with some wonderful people in my life. Prosecco, oysters, and light pink roses - best gift ever! Celebrating with my fiancĂ© and friends was the icing on the cake. This week I leave for South Africa {ahhh!} for a dear friend's wedding, so I will be signing off until April. Enjoy the rest of beautiful March! :)

Neutrals + Prints

I love entertaining and having friends/family over; maybe it's because I love to cook for the people I love, but I think it's because I love an excuse to eat, drink wine, and be creative when entertaining. I recently snagged these Wolfum napkins {check out here, they make some of the most unique and beautiful products!}, and used them for Valentine's Day. I love how the bright colors and print pair with the neutral table runner and centerpiece. I look forward to finding other occasions to use these napkins, and any excuse to have the people I love over for food and wine and lots of laughing :)

Mani Monday

Happy Monday! This weekend I mostly hibernated and it felt. so. good. I did leave our place though to go use a Sephora gift card I've had since Christmas, and bought the LAST of my favorite shade from Cupcake and Cashmere's newest collaboration with Formula X nail polish {buy here}. The "Latte Run" shade is actually a color I needed {even though I own way too much nail polish for one human}, and I can't wait to wear it all spring!

Friday, I'm In Love: 8 Months til I Do

Back in November, we went home to Cleveland for Thanksgiving and I got to try on my Mom's wedding dress. It was so fun to dress up and try it on, but at the time our wedding felt so far away. Now, we are a little over 8 months until we say "I do," and I could not be more excited! Have a great weekend :)

Wedding Planning: Cake Toppers

We are almost to the point of wedding planning where we can focus on the fun little details, and one of those details is the cake topper! It sounds insignificant, but you can choose one that has a lot of meaning to you and can keep/pass down forever. Below are a few that I love:

Candle Love

Collecting candles is one of my favorite and best hobbies {sorry bank account!}, and when I find one I really like I usually stick to it. I went into Candlefish in Charleston about a year ago, and I immediately fell in love with the store, and many of the candles I bought that day. One of my favorites is from their Library {No. 31}, and it is so perfect to burn next to our bed, especially right before we go to sleep! I will be back in Charleston this summer, and if I have the chance I will definitely be going back to grab this candle!

In With The Classic

It's that time of year for some major spring cleaning, and "out with the old" as the saying goes. For any items that are "in with the new", I plan on really thinking about a purchase before I add anything new to my closet, and going for the more classic pieces that will last and are worth the price. Theory makes some of the best classic, investment-worthy clothes, and below are a few favorites that I would love to add to my closet {all items via Theory}:
