Happy Thanksgiving! Although it is not the actual holiday, I am leaving to see family today so I will not be posting until next week. Have a lovely holiday! :)

Mani Monday: Thanksgiving

Happy Monday! I am so excited for Thanksgiving this week, and in preparation for that I've been rocking orange nails. Shades of orange, if done right, can feel holiday appropriate and remind me of pumpkins/fall. Below are a few shades of orange that I would love to wear this Thanksgiving:

Black Leather Boots

Last year for Christmas, Santa brought me these awesome Diane von Furstenberg black leather boots that are so classic and sturdy; I needed a new pair of black leather boots, and these are pretty perfect. They are my go-to for all of fall and winter {even spring!} and I plan on wearing them for Thanksgiving next week! {similar in brown here}.

Delicate

 When shopping for fun jewelry and statement necklaces, I usually gravitate towards the bold, colorful ones; I love statement jewelry and don't often wear smaller or more simple necklaces. On a recent trip to Kohl's, however, I spotted this LC Lauren Conrad necklace and fell in love. It is not something I normally go for and I do not own anything like it {which is how I justify buying yet another necklace}, and the price was definitely right. I plan on wearing this delicate piece all throughout the holidays :) {purchase here}

Thanksgiving is arguably the most underrated holiday, and personally one of my favorites! It is the perfect holiday to wear something chic for fall, yet casual enough to leave room for enjoying second and third helpings of Thanksgiving dinner. Etsy Find

As previously mentioned here, I am beyond obsessed with Etsy and could spend HOURS on their site looking for any kind of item. My most recent Etsy obsession is this scarf by Deroucheau {buy here} which is perfect for fall fashion, and a great price for the quality of the product. I plan on purchasing most of my Christmas gifts from Etsy this year, but there's no harm in getting a little something for myself, right? :)

Georgia

Happy Monday! Last week I took a few days off from posting because I had a big life change - I moved to Georgia! Although moving itself is quite the stressful experience, I could not be happier to start this new adventure and create blog posts related to my new home :) If anyone has any recommendations on what to do or see in or around Georgia, I would greatly appreciate it!

Although we are well into fall and I am very excited it's November, I still somehow gravitate towards pastel colors; no matter what time of year it is, I love pretty pastel flowers and nail polish, and I am always in the mood for OPI's "Lucky Lucky Lavender."
