Fashion + Philanthropy Friday

Happy Friday! This week's item are these DARLING headbands from Reverse the Course that are so appropriate for the holiday season {here}.  Reverse the Course is a non-profit founded by Mary Grace {when she was 12 years old!} that provides funds to girls attending school in developing countries through the purchase of their headbands and other hair accessories.  So far, they have provided tuition, boarding, uniforms, and textbooks for girls in Uganda, Kenya Paraguay, and Haiti, and are looking to build their charity through their Indiegogo campaign {here}.  Love products that provide hope AND action to those in need! :)

 I snagged a pair of knit gloves during Black Friday at J Crew last week, and I am SO glad I braved the crowds for these!  I am loving knits of all shapes and sizes this season, and really needed a pair of brown/neutral color gloves {or "glittens" as these are aptly named}.  It's these little accessories that make me even more excited for the holidays and cold weather!
