I know I mentioned yesterday {here} that it's warm enough outside for white, summer dresses, but part of me won't give up the idea of light, spring jackets quite yet. Like this waistcoat, so gorgeous and light enough that I don't think it would be too much to wear in this weather {plus, it doesn't have sleeves}. I actually think it would be perfect in Georgia this time of year, maybe I will have to add it to my wardrobe... :)

When I think of spring and summer fashion, I am often influenced by preppy, Ralph Lauren-esque style. It's classic, and makes me want to take a summer vacay to the east coast! Below is my ideal preppy ensemble for spring - how gorgeous is that shirt!?

I recently got some delicious brunch with my girlfriends at The Table in the Short North neighborhood of Columbus {LOVE that restaurant, so charming!}, and it was still nice enough to sit outside on the patio, but cool enough to wear a fall ensemble. Below is my idea of the perfect fall items to wear on an afternoon brunch date with friends; how great are those shoes? {image taken at The Table}
