Office Chic

Whenever I see the incredibly chic offices of all of the amazing fashion bloggers out there, it not only makes me want an office like that, but it makes me believe that if I had one I would be so much more productive {ha, probably not}. I don't have room for an office, but I love the idea of a chic and creative space complete with awesome desk accessories and an inspiration board. Gold + White: Jewelry Storage

I've tried to get creative with jewelry storage; I wanted to work with furniture/storage that I already had {and paint it gold, obviously}, but also incorporate some new pieces that are pretty to display {like this gold and white bowl - so excited to have a Helen Levi piece! LBD + Red

The best thing about a little black dress is how versatile it can be; I normally gravitate towards shades of blue or green, but I love how red pairs with an LBD and neutral make-up. And I am dying to get my hands on that gorgeous LV bag! :)

Friday, I'm In Love: Independence Day

Happy Friday! And Happy Independence Day weekend! I look forward to spending this weekend with minimal plans and plenty of relaxation. Have a great 4th! :)

Life's A Party

I am one of those people who "save" things for special events or occasions; I will buy a new dress and want to "save" it for a special date night, or order fun coasters from Etsy and "save" them for when I will make a fun cocktail at home. Even just yesterday, I posted {here} about how I have found my favorite Italian wine, but am waiting for a special occasion to enjoy it. But sometimes I think it's important to not wait for something special or fun to happen, and just go for it. Buy the shoes, wear the bright red lipstick and glitter nail polish, pop open the bottle of nice champagne. Life is short, it should be a party :)

Vino Rosso

Above anything else in life, I love wine the most. I would give up chocolate, seafood, and even pizza {...maybe} before I would give up wine. I love any and all kinds, but Italian wine is closest to my heart. When I studied abroad in college, I spent a weekend in the Tuscany region and we went to this darling winery in Montepulciano; I had been looking for their wine in the U.S. ever since I came home, and it wasn't until last summer that I found it! Now, every time I spot it in a wine store I buy it {oops}. I would HIGHLY recommend Redi wine, and I am waiting for the right occasion to open one of the three bottles I currently have :)
