Blueberry Galette

In this last month's adventures in baking, I attempted a blueberry galette - and it was a success! I had leftover pie dough from the peach pie I did {check out here}, and so I used this Bon Appétit recipe to create the filling and from there it was super easy. Galettes are so simple, and don't require much technique {AKA, perfect for a very amateur baker like myself} so I think this might be a go-to when I need to make something from scratch that requires little effort.
