Summer Entertaining

I love any excuse to make a aperitivo/a cheese and meat plate/finger food - even if it's just for the two of us at home! I think the best foods for this kind of dining can be made during the summer; local veggies and fresh herbs make all the difference. We put this together last summer with some friends, and I want to recreate this in this week :) {similar Giada recipe here}
