Although I try to be conscious of what I eat, and I did go pescatarian for over 2 years, I still don't consider myself to be a "health nut" or anything of that nature. I don't really have any New Year's Resolutions, but my fiancé and I do want to make a strong effort to cut out alcohol during most week days, and eat most vegetarian for the next month or so. There will be exceptions of course, but sometimes I forget how much better I feel when I don't eat as much meat. As challenging as it can be sometimes to want to eat more greens, eat less bacon, and not pour a glass of red wine as soon as I walk in the door, I know it will make me feel better in the long run. Any health tips or vegetarian recipes are much appreciated! :)
