Blood Orange Mimosa

I love mimosas, anytime of the day. no matter what day of the week. When I noticed blood oranges in stock at our grocery store, I knew I had to try out some blood orange mimosas at home. They are such an easy way to make a simple cocktail look and feel special - not to mention the prettiest color! This may be a new go-to drink after I get home from work. Cheers :)
